Yes, Loopio will automatically save your answers to ensure that your progress isn't lost in case you are disconnected from the internet or logged out of Loopio unexpectedly.
Note: Drafts are autosaved in Answer fields only.
How Frequently Is My Progress Saved?
The Drafts feature saves your work after a 1-second delay.
How Do I Recover a Saved Draft?
Tip: Drafts are saved locally, so only the User who typed the draft can recover it.
- If you are disconnected from the internet while using Loopio, once you reconnect to your Project you will see the message "You have unsaved changes to this entry":
- Click into the Answer field to see your saved Draft. While viewing a saved draft, you will see the message "Viewing Unsaved Changes" and the time that the draft was saved:
- Click Save to save your answer to the Project
How Do I Discard a Saved Draft?
Note: Once you have discarded a saved draft, it can’t be recovered.
- If you are disconnected from the internet while using Loopio, once you reconnect to your Project you will see the message "You have unsaved changes to this entry":
- Click into the Answer field to see your saved Draft. While viewing a saved draft, you will see the message "Viewing Unsaved Changes" and the time that the draft was saved:
- Click Cancel to discard your draft
When Are Drafts Automatically Discarded?
Before a draft is automatically discarded, you will see a warning message. Your draft will be discarded if:
- the status of the Project Entry is changed individually or in bulk
- the project is exported
- the Project Entry is assigned, unassigned, or reassigned, individually or in bulk
- your browser cache is cleared before the draft is recovered
I Received a Message That My Browser Storage is Almost Full
If your local browser storage is reaching its capacity, you may see a message that your browser storage is almost full:
Click on Keep Drafts to save your drafts, or Delete Drafts to delete them.
