Loopio's Live Collaboration functionality shows you exactly who, in real-time, is active in a Project, or actively editing Entries.

Within the Project's Sidebar, Users that are active in the Project will appear at the bottom of all Sidebar tabs
In the Participants tab (Shortcut: 3), users that are currently in the Project are denoted by a Green circle, and users that are actively editing responses are denoted by a "..." icon
If an Entry is being edited, a line will appear beneath the question text letting you know who is working on it. As long as someone is editing an Entry it is locked for editing by others, to prevent redundant work.
