How Are Reports Impacted by User Permissions?
Reporting Level 1 (Full Access) permissions are required to access Reporting screens.
- For Library Usage Reports, Users with Library Level 1 (Read Only) permissions or higher to at least one Stack are able to generate Reports on Library Entries that they are permitted to view.
- For Project Reports, Users with Projects Level 1 (Participant) or Projects Level 2 (Creator) permissions will only have the ability to generate Reports for Projects in which they are either the Owner, or have the Project Administrator role. Users with Projects Level 3 (Full Access) permissions are able to Report on all Projects.
- User Workload Reports are limited to Users with General Administration, Level 2 (Full Access) permission, included only in the Administrator Role.
